Hunger & Stamina
Two meters quietly decide whether your crate circuit ends at the shop vendor or as a naked respawn at the shack: hunger and stamina. Middleway Studios does not publish exact drain numbers, but the live store tells you what they value — 2x Slower Hunger at 45 R$ is a current paid pass, while 2x Stamina sits offsale. This guide is the ninth entry in the guide library (the desktop dropdown shows eight and sends overflow here via the hub) and explains how to plan daylight loops, fog sprints, and Robux so those meters stop wrecking otherwise clean sessions on Place ID 15715368401.

Hunger: Why Day Loops Collapse
Hunger rises as you stay in the world. Long mansion or military base circuits without a shop stop leave you forced into a vendor run at the worst time — often the last minutes before green fog. That is why 2x Slower Hunger (45 R$, tier A) exists: it stretches the same crate route so you bank cash and still reach barn before night. It does not feed you; it buys time.
Free players manage hunger by cutting dead walking. Use the Map pass, run shack → shop path crates → barn ring, and convert cash to ammo before you get greedy on a second military base clear. Dying hungry still drops your guns. Treat hunger as a clock, not a suggestion. Pair this page with Loot Crates so every extra minute actually opens crates.
Stamina: Sprints You Can Still Afford
Stamina gates how long you can run between POIs and how far you kite Siren Head. The 2x Stamina pass used to be a free claim; it is offsale as of August 2026. If your account already has it, keep using long forest cuts. If not, plan shorter segments: shop to barn, barn to lighthouse ridge, never a diagonal dash from mansion to cave on empty lungs.
Reload (R) and sprint at the same time is how new players die in open fields. Break line of sight, recover stamina behind a tree or barn wall, then move. Mobile players feel this harder because the virtual stick keeps you “running” by accident — see Mobile Controls. Night Vision Goggles do not restore stamina; they only help you pick a shorter fog path.
Paid vs Free Meter Strategy
Buy order if you spend Robux: VIP (75 R$) first for 1.5x cash and XP, then 2x Slower Hunger if you play long day sessions, then Global Gun Shop Access at 25 R$. Do not buy morphs to “fix” hunger — BECOME SIREN HEAD does not pause the survivor meters on your next life. Details on Tier List.
Promo codes have historically granted short XP or cash windows, not permanent hunger relief. None are active in August 2026. Check Active Codes after patches instead of waiting on a hunger code that may never exist.
Night: When Meters Become Lethal
Green fog is a stamina tax. Siren Head closes faster than a tired sprint. Hold barn or lighthouse with teammates rather than kiting the cave on a red stamina bar. Shotgun chokepoints cost less stamina than open-field AK sprays that force constant strafing.
If hunger spikes during a kill attempt, abort to shop only with a rear guard. A naked shop run in fog is how 16-player servers farm your RPG. Read Kill Siren Head for when to commit, and Siren Head Cave before you spend a stamina bar on a cave peek.
Practice Loop for One Session
First day: claim Map and Night Vision, run one safe crate ring, buy Glock 17 plus ammo, sit barn before fog. Second day: add mansion only if hunger is comfortable. Third day: military base with a squad. That sequence teaches the meters without a lecture.
Watch the How to Play video on this page for movement pacing, then come back to the written buy order when you are in the Roblox store. Level 60 still comes from nights survived, not from emptying stamina on scenic lighthouse climbs — XP Farming.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does 2x Slower Hunger stop hunger completely?
No. It slows drain so day crate routes last longer. You still need shop stops and smart routing.
Can I claim 2x Stamina for free right now?
Usually no — the pass is offsale. Existing owners keep it. Verify on the live Roblox store.
What should I buy first, Hunger or VIP?
VIP first if you grind level 60. Hunger second if your sessions die to forced shop walks.
Does morphing as Siren Head ignore hunger?
Morph play is a different role. Survivor lives still use the same meters after you die and respawn.
Why is this guide not in the desktop dropdown?
The PC menu shows eight guides and sends the rest to the Guides hub so the list stays short. This is the ninth guide.
